Chester is a 6 year old Male Cockapoo who is looking for his forever home. Chester is such an affectionate, people loving boy, he's great with children so we would be happy to home him with sensible dog savvy children around 8 and up. 

Chester loves small female dogs, and ideally will need at least 1 if not 2 in his forever home. He is fearful of larger male dogs, but will just avoid them on walks. He's such an all round lovely dog, BUT Chester has pretty bad separation anxiety and this needs a lot of patient work. Chester wants to be with his people all the time when they are at home, he is now happy to sleep in his crate overnight but would probably love to sleep on the bed or at the side of his person. Currently he is only left for 20 minute periods, and he does bark constantly during this time. We will arrange for our behaviourist to meet with his forever home in the first week, so that rules and routines are set from the start to ease the transition. He definitely wouldn't handle a home where anyone worked full time, he will need a home where someone is around all the time at the beginning, it'll be slow progress to get him to a point where he is happier to be left without barking.
