Meet 6 year old (approx) Cleo who was left behind to fend for herself when he old owners moved away. She had been straying for quite a while when she came to us and despite having a tough time is THE MOST cuddly, affectionate girl you could meet.

She absolutely loves a sofa and comfy blanket to curl up on and has met her foster mum’s granddaughter and been absolutely fine, she has also met a German Shepherd a few times and whilst she wasn’t forthcoming with affection she didn’t run and hide so we think given careful introductions and her own safe space she could learn to live alongside cat savvy dogs. She would also be fine with gentle children (6+). She won’t however entertain other cats. She doesn’t like them at all so she would prefer to be the only feline in the house.

She eats wet and dry food and is clean in her litter tray. As she has strayed for quite some time we think she will benefit from having access to the outside so her new home will need to be away from busy roads where she can safely explore her new home when ready.

She is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and will need to return to our vets in Swadlincote for her second vaccination in 3 weeks time. An adoption donation of £90 applies. If you think you can offer Cleo a loving home please apply via our website www.harleyshounds.org.
