This stunning girl is Sass, a 2 year old tri paw GSD who is looking for a forever home.
Sass was returned to her breeder recently and unfortunately her mum didn't accept having another female unspayed dog in the home.
Sass was great with the kids she lived with, so would be fine to live with children around the age of 8 plus.
She doesn't like cats, and little dogs as she was bullied by one in her previous home. We feel would be better in a pet free home, or with a sociable neutered mid to large sized dog.
She has always been walked off lead, so to her the lead at first is a toy and will need lots of training on this. She loves playing with ropes etc so will see the lead as just another play thing.
Sass was born with a deformed paw, so had it amputated as a pup and has never known any better. She gets around really well on her 3 legs, and it's important that she has a good diet and plenty of exercise to keep her at a good weight.
Sass gets very upset when shouted at and cowers, so will need a nice chilled home with positive training methods.
Sass has recently had a season, so can't be spayed for another 2 months. She will need to return to Bright Side vets in Swadlincote for this when the time comes, this is included in her adoption donation of £185. She will be restarting her vaccinations next week, and will be flea and worm treated.
