About Tim & Emily
We're looking for a VERY special home for 15 week old brorger and sister duo Tim and Emily who came to us, absolubtly terrified of life along with their mum after being found in a city centre garden.
Their foster mum has worked wonders with them, putting no expectations on them and doing everything at their own pace. Here are a few words from her:
Tim is the most confident of the kittens. He is curious, mischievous, and loves to carry things... bag of treats, squidgy ball, plastic plant pot (yes, really!). All of which he keeps safe under the sofa.
Emily is quite skittish but loves to chase Tim, and enjoys rough and tumble play. They have a toy box to access and will take out whatever they want to play with.
They both love to run up and down the stairs, and the pitter-patter of their tiny feet is hilarious. They love cat trees and will snuggle down together with their legs and paws around each other.
Neither of them like to be touched, unless they're eating likelix. We HOPE that would change once they get to know you and feel safe, but can't guarantee it!
They're litter trained, eat wet and dry food, and use a water fountain. They love ANY treats, but likelix seem to be a firm favourite.
They will need time and patience to settle into a new home. It's going to take weeks (possibly months) for them, not days! It will have to be on their terms, not yours! They would be best going to a very calm home, ideally without children but they may be ok with teenagers.
They need a dog frew home and ideally pet free however they could potentially live with 1 calm, friendly cat with proper introductions.
Its VERY important thar their new home put no expectations on them at all and let them do everything at their pace. They have lots of love to give (in their own way) but have had a very difficult start to life, its important that their forever family understand this.
They will have had their first vaccinations and microchips and will neee to return to our vets in Swadlincote or Tamworth for their 2nd vaccinations and to be neutered as per their neuter contract.
Their adoption donation is £180, applications to our website (link in bio) please
